DOWNEY, Frank W. - Putnam

Frank W. Downey, formerly in DePauw, died of measles on the 22d at his home in Aurora. Mr. Downey was prominent in political and masonic circles and was a son of Judge Alexander C. Downey, former deal of the DePauw Law School.  Mr. Downey was well known here and was well liked by a large number of acquaintances. - kbz
